Recipe of Gulab jamun:
Ingredients:
-1 cup milk powder
-1/2 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-3 tablespoons ghee
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 cup water
Instructions:
1. Combine the milk powder, flour, and baking powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
2. In a small saucepan, melt the ghee over low heat. Add the milk and stir until well blended. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
3. Pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a soft dough.
4. Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into balls. Set aside.
5. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup comes to a boil.
6. Add the gulab jamuns to the syrup and cook for 2 minutes, or until they are cooked through and begin to float to the surface.
7. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
Gulab Jamun Cake :Recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup butter
-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk, mixing well after each addition.
4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
5. Allow to cool before frosting.
6. To make the gulab jamun filling, combine 1 cup milk powder, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, and 1 teaspoon baking powder in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

13. To make the frosting, combine 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix well and spread over cooled cake.
Eggless Brownie Jars: Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 cup butter
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup Curd
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the sugar and stir until well blended. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
4. Stir in the curd. Add the flour mixture and mix well.
5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out clean.
6. Allow to cool before serving.
For layering in A jar,make Dark chocolate Ganache by heating and mixing 100 gms chocolate and 100 gms cream,then layer the chosen jar with:
Layer 1: 6-8 brownie cubes
Layer 2: ½ cup of the chocolate ganache
Layer 3: 6-8 more brownie cubes
Top Layer: Rest of the chocolate ganache.
Garnish with some chopped nuts(almonds,walnuts)and a maraschino cherry.You can also sprinkle some instant coffee on top for a mocha flavor.These will keep in the fridge for up to one week.Just layer them as you’d like and cover tightly with lid.
Chocolate Chip Cookies: Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 cup butter, softened
-1 cup sugar
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1 teaspoon salt
-25 ml milk
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-2 cups all-purpose flour
-1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until light and fluffy.
3. Add the milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until well blended.
5. Drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cookies are lightly browned.
7. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
Make Diwali Candles:
Instructions:
1. You will need:
-Paraffin wax
-Wicks
-Double boiler or can set a heat proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
-Cookie cutters in festive shapes (stars, moons, elephants, etc.)
-Pencils or chopsticks
-Paper cups or small bowls
2. Melt the wax in the double boiler or heat proof bowl set over simmering water.
3. While the wax is melting, prepare your cookie cutters by inserting a wick in each one. You can use a pencil or chopstick to help keep the wick in place while you pour the wax.
4. When the wax has melted, carefully pour it into the cookie cutters, filling them almost to the top.
5. Allow the wax to harden completely before removing the candles from the cookie cutters. Trim the wicks to about 1/2 inch before lighting.
Diwali Crackers: Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup margarine
-6 tablespoons water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in margarine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
3. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until dough forms a ball.
4. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into strips and twist into spirals. Place crackers on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
Diwali Rice Kheer: Recipe
Ingredients:
-1 cup white rice
-6 cups milk
-1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
-1 teaspoon ground cardamom
-1/2 cup raisins
-1/2 cup chopped almonds
-1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions:
1. Wash rice in cold water and drain.
2. Combine milk, sweetened condensed milk, and cardamom in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
3. Add rice and cook until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, about 30 minutes.
4. Stir in raisins, almonds, and pistachios. Cook for 5 more minutes, or until thickened. Serve warm or cold.
