-1 cup shredded or flaked unsweetened coconut
-1/2 cup milk
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
-1 tablespoon ghee
-1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Combine the coconut, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the ghee and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
5. Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped almonds, if using.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars. Enjoy!
Brownie Jars with Dark chocolate ganache:Recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup butter
-2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
-1 cup sugar
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 cup dark chocolate chips
-1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9×13 inch baking pan.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in the chocolate mixture.
4. Add the flour and salt; mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely before frosting.
6. To make the frosting, melt dark chocolate chips and cream together in a small saucepan over low heat. Spread over cooled brownies. Let frosting set before cutting into bars. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 cup cashew nuts
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 cup water
-1 tablespoon ghee
Instructions:
1. Soak the cashew nuts in water for 1 hour.
2. Drain and grind to a fine paste using a little water if needed.
3. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
4. Add the cashew nut paste and ghee. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
6. Remove from the heat and pour into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or bars. Enjoy!
